Products Not Eligible for Return  

For hygiene reasons or customization, certain items cannot be returned. Intimate apparel such as underwear, socks, and swimwear are non-returnable due to health and safety guidelines. Items marked as “final sale” or those purchased at a discount are also not eligible for returns. Additionally, personalized or custom-made items can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective.  

Please review the product descriptions to ensure the item is eligible for return. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration do not qualify for returns. We clearly label these exclusions to make sure you're fully informed before completing your purchase.
